1. Services

Roboto Systems Ltd provides AI agent development, multiplatform app development, consultancy services, and educational products through The App School.

2. Payment

Fees for services are agreed in writing prior to commencement. App subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as specified in your service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-built deliverables. Roboto Systems retains ownership of reusable frameworks, templates, and tooling.

4. Limitation of Liability

Roboto Systems Ltd's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
